SSP Muzaffar shah working diligently to address traffic concerns

Srinagar: In a recent incident in Srinagar, two vehicles involved in reckless racing at Rambagh flyover & another two vehicles involved in drifting at famous play ground in Margund Kangan area of Ganderbal District, were seized by SSP Traffic City Muzaffar Shah. This incident highlights the growing concern of reckless driving among youth in the city.
Shah emphasized the importance of parents guiding their children about road safety and the consequences of reckless driving.
This isn’t the first time SSP Muzaffar Shah has addressed the issue of reckless driving. Previously, he revealed that a fatal accident at Tengpora Bypass was caused by a reckless racing competition between two Thar Jeeps.
Shah stressed that parents must take responsibility for preventing underage driving and emphasized the need for societal cooperation in combating this issue.
To tackle the problem, the traffic police have been taking strict action, including seizing over 1000 two-wheelers in a crackdown on reckless driving.
Additionally, awareness programs have been organized to educate students, parents, and the community about road safety and responsible behavior.
