Ganderbal 08 Aug 2025: Under the visionary leadership of Principal DIET Ganderbal, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad, an innovative step has been taken to strengthen academic leadership and monitoring by conducting Cluster Meetings with all Heads of Institutions (HOIs) within each cluster of the district.
As part of this initiative, six full-day cluster meetings were successfully organized, bringing together 150 HOIs from Higher Secondary Schools (HSS), High Schools (HS), Middle Schools (MS), and Primary Schools (PS).
These meetings served as a robust platform to review and discuss key interventions, including:
Holistic Progress Card (HPC)
Professional Learning Communities (PLC)
Recent training programmes and their follow-up actions
Academic progress and systematic monitoring
Participation in national programmes such as INSPIRE MANAK Awards and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat
Cluster Heads have been entrusted with the responsibility to monitor these initiatives personally and ensure their effective implementation at the grassroots level.
The initiative witnessed active participation from DIET Faculty, the Chief Education Officer (CEO), and Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs), reflecting a strong spirit of collaboration for academic excellence in line with the vision of NEP 2020.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal DIET Ganderbal, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad, emphasised the importance of empowering school leadership to drive innovation, quality, and inclusivity in education across the district.
